In order to satisfy our customers, we fulfill the highest standards for every new wheel in terms of performance, weight and precision.
The complete development process is based on the most advanced 3D computer technology. The starting point is a 3D-wheel model, which only exists in the computer. The next step is the Finite-Element-Method (FEM) calculations of the part and the verification and perfection of the tool concept by simulation of remodelling. This is followed by the automated NC-programming of tool production directly from tool design, resulting in wheel- prototypes – which are very close to the finished product - and the transfer of the measured data from the 3D-measuring machine to the 3D-wheel model.
During the development process we set the course for the optimal exploitation of the material and its characteristic data. This happens in close cooperation with our steel suppliers, but it demands continuous development of our production processes together with the mechanical engineering industry.
Only in this way can we reach our goal: minimum wheel weight combined with maximum wheel load and precision
