The quality of our products is a decisive contribution to safety and the satisfaction of our customers.

During the long existence of our company we have consistently improved quality levels when confronted with the ever increasing requirements of our customers towards wheels.

When developing future quality targets, our task is to anticipate and react to new tendencies in the market and the requirements of our customers and to assure adherence to these. 

Therefore we have an effective Quality Management System. It is regularly controlled by internal and external auditors and recertified accordingly.

This is the confirmation that the confidence our customers place in us is justified. Our own ambitions are far above the level of quality defined by standards and customer requirements. Due to the fact that we are producing parts which play a key role in road safety, it is our duty to provide our customers with the best wheels possible. Due to the contribution of the Quality Department in the early stage of development, we can assure the quality requirements before the production starts.

The high quality of our products is finally the result of our competent and motivated employees. Their drive and knowledge are indispensable in order to reach our quality goals. The members of the Quality Department support Production in reaching theirs aims with measurements and tests and with analysis of products and processes.

 
We use the most modern technologies such as spectrum analysis, material analysis, tensile machines, SPC, online-measurement machines and 3D–coordinate-measurement machines.

Additionally, we regularly make tests and simulations of the use of our final products on rotating bending test rigs, on single axial or biaxial drum endurance test facilities and corrosion test facilities in order to assure the required quality level.
